Acceptable Use Policy

Use of the Cloud Services (“Services”) is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy. We may modify this Policy by posting a revised version on our website at https://5c.ai/.

Customer agrees not to, and not to allow third parties to use the Services:

• to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
• to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity, including child sexual exploitation, child abuse, or terrorism or violence that can cause death, serious harm, or injury to individuals or groups of individuals;
• to store or transmit any material that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory (including Non-consensual Explicit Imagery (NCEI)), libellous, offensive, abusive, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, profane, hateful, fraudulent, malicious, lascivious, violent or otherwise objectionable or improper, or which encourage conduct that would violate any law or government regulation or give rise to civil or criminal liability under any law;
• to store or transmit material in violation of third-party intellectual property or other rights including torrent files, phishing, or creating a pyramid scheme;
• to store, distribute or transmit malicious code such as viruses, worms, time bombs, trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other and other harmful or malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs or items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
• to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or impair the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
• to disable, interfere with, disrupt or circumvent any aspect of the Services, software, environments, or the equipment used to provide the Services; or
• to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisements, or other solicitations (“spam”).
